随着市场经济不断发展,人们对服务质量与服务内容要求逐渐增加,电力企业要优先获得市场,必须提升服务质量,通过服务质量的不断优化升级,从而获取更多市场。人们选择的不断多样化,就决定我们要有效发掘电力营销过程中的服务潜力,通过服务形式的多样化,从而延伸整个电力供应服务链条,从而在提升电力服务质量的同时,占据更多电力市场份额。本文拟结合电力营销服务潜力挖掘的背景和意义,进而通过延伸服务链条,提升市场份额。
