用超滤和纳滤膜分离技术提取发酵液中的阿卡波糖。发酵液通过超滤膜除去杂质,然后将超滤液通过纳滤膜除盐和浓缩。筛选了不同型号的超滤膜和纳滤膜,并分别优化操作条件,得到适宜的工艺条件:选用ULT-1超滤膜,阿卡波糖发酵液的进料浓度3 g/ml,操作压力0.26~0.28 MPa,操作温度25℃;选用STM-2纳滤膜,操作压力0.6~0.8 MPa,操作温度25℃,料液浓缩倍数为6倍。应用上述条件提取发酵液中的阿卡波糖,提取率为62.2%,较原工艺提高了约20%,浓缩液中阿卡波糖含量高于98.8%。
Extraction of Acarbose from Fermentation Broth by Ultrafiltration and Nanofiltration Separation Technology. Acarbose was extracted from fermentation broth under the above conditions. The extraction rate was 62.2%, which was about 20% higher than the original one. The content of acarbose in the concentrate was higher than 98.8%.
