“50米×8往返跑”是《国家学生体质健康标准》所要求的小学高年级的测试项目之一(此项内容是国家学生体质监测小学1~6年级的必测项目),也是小学体育教学课堂中不可缺少的一项考查内容。它不仅练习方法简便有实效,测试手段简单易操作,经常练习可以增强下肢力量、人体心血管系统的机能和耐力素质,而且还可以培养学生吃苦耐劳的精神和战胜困难的勇气,提高良好的意志品质。但在体育教学过程中,耐力跑项目跑得时间较长,对学生心血管循环要求又较高,容易产生疲劳感,而练习方式与手段比较枯燥,所以部分学生对“50米×8往返跑”不感兴趣,甚至有畏惧抵触情绪。如何在教学中调动这部分学生的积极性,科学有效地组织学生学练,循序渐进地提高学生的耐力素质,是一线体育教师亟待解决的问题。

However, during the process of PE teaching and learning, endurance runners run for a long time and have higher demands on students’ cardiovascular circulation, resulting in a sense of fatigue. However, the practice methods and means are rather boring. Therefore, Running "is not interested, or even fear of resistance. How to mobilize the enthusiasm of this part of students in teaching, scientifically and effectively organize students ’practice and gradually improve students’ endurance quality are the problems to be solved urgently by frontline PE teachers.
