鉴于药材市场大量存在的砂仁与山姜混用的混乱现象,本研究以蛋白质分子为指标,采用聚丙烯酰胺凝胶电泳(PAGE)法,对闽产砂仁与山姜的种子进行蛋白电泳图谱测定。研究结果表明:二者蛋白电泳图谱具有显著差异。据此,可从分子水平对砂仁与山姜加以鉴别。
In view of the chaotic phenomenon of the mixed use of Amomum villosum and Ginger in the herbal medicine market, protein polyacrylamide gel electrophoresis (PAGE) was used to analyze protein electrophoretograms of Amomum villosum L. and Ginger seed. Determination. The results of the study show that there are significant differences in the electrophoretic patterns of the two proteins. Based on this, the Amomum villosum and Ginger can be identified from the molecular level.
