随着国民经济的发展,航空运输事业由于其高效、快速等特点越来越受到人们的重视。从国际的情况看,过去20年全球民用航空运输事业持续增长。可是与此同时,由于空中交通流量的增加,空中交通拥挤的状况也越来越严重,空中交通管理系统所受的压力变得越来越大。本文提出了一种基于遗传算法的智能空中交通管制,该方法主要是运用遗传算法的寻优搜索的功能来实现指令的自动生成。目的是提高空中交通管制的效率,更好的保障飞行安全。使用这种管制方法,可以做到给出指令的合理、高效,并能避免很多人工管制中存在的弊端,改善指挥监控较为被动的局面,加速我国民航事业的发展。
With the development of the national economy, air transportation has drawn more and more attention because of its high efficiency and rapidity. Judging from the international situation, the global civil air transport industry has enjoyed sustained growth over the past 20 years. In the meantime, however, air traffic congestion has been aggravating due to increased air traffic flows and the pressure on air traffic management systems has become greater and greater. In this paper, a kind of intelligent air traffic control based on genetic algorithm is proposed, which mainly uses the function of optimal search of genetic algorithm to realize the automatic generation of commands. The purpose is to improve the efficiency of air traffic control and better ensure flight safety. Using this method of control, it is possible to give instructions reasonable and efficient, and to avoid many drawbacks in manual control, to improve the passive supervision of command and control, and to speed up the development of civil aviation in our country.
