企业党建工作有利于协调企业内部组织关系,促进企业员工和党组织之间的联系,并且对于增强员工的心理归属感有着重要作用。结合当前企业党建工作存在的一些不足,积极采取有效措施,通过科学合理的路径和策略,强化企业员工心理归属感和安全感,提高员工的积极性和主动性,推动企业的快速发展。本文分析了企业党建工作中存在的一些问题,阐述了企业党建工作对员工心理归属的强化路径,介绍了企业党建工作对于强化员工心理归属的重要意义。
Party building in enterprises is conducive to coordinating the internal organizational relations and promoting the connection between employees and the party organizations, and plays an important role in enhancing employees’ sense of belonging. In the light of some shortcomings in the current party construction work, we actively take effective measures to strengthen the psychological sense of belonging and security of our employees through scientific and rational ways and tactics, enhance the enthusiasm and initiative of employees, and promote the rapid development of the enterprises. This article analyzes some problems existing in the party construction work in enterprises, elaborates the ways to strengthen the psychological ownership of employees in the party construction work, and introduces the importance of party building in enterprises in strengthening the psychological ownership of employees.
