在阻燃型玻璃钢复合材料结构件的制作中,不同氢氧化铝(ATH)含量对用于真空辅助树脂传递模塑技术(VAR-TM)的不饱和聚酯树脂的工艺性能、成型后材料的阻燃性能及力学性能有显著影响。本文通过测试观察不同氢氧化铝含量对树脂粘度、固化性能、浇铸体极限氧指数、纤维增强复合材料(FRP)的弯曲性能和巴柯尔硬度的影响。结果显示,当ATH添加量为35%时,树脂粘度和浸润速度都适合VARTM工艺,并且FRP有一定的阻燃、抑烟效果,同时力学性能也满足使用要求。
In the manufacture of flame retardant FRP composite structures, the different aluminum hydroxide (ATH) content of the unsaturated polyester resin used in vacuum assisted resin transfer molding (VAR-TM) process performance, Flame-retardant properties and mechanical properties have a significant impact. In this paper, the effects of different aluminum hydroxide contents on resin viscosity, curing properties, limiting oxygen index of castings, flexural properties and Barcol hardness of fiber reinforced composites (FRP) were investigated. The results showed that when the amount of ATH added was 35%, the resin viscosity and infiltration rate were suitable for VARTM process, and FRP had certain flame retardancy and smoke suppression effect, and the mechanical properties also met the requirements of application.
