目的:观察醒脑静乳剂对家兔失血性休克及感染性休克的保护作用。方法:通过股动脉放血制造家兔失血性休克模型,耳缘静脉注射大肠杆菌内毒素制造家兔感染性休克模型。造模成功家兔分别随机分成5组,每组8只,为模型对照组及醒脑静乳剂(102.75,51.4,25.7 mg.kg-1)3个剂量组及阳性药对照(醒脑静注射液,51.4 mg.kg-1)组,观察醒脑静乳剂的抗休克作用。结果:醒脑静乳剂可显著升高血压,减少血浆中丙二醛(MDA)形成,提高超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)活性;升高失血性休克家兔的心率;并可延长感染性休克家兔的存活时间,降低其死亡率和一氧化氮(NO)水平。结论:醒脑静乳剂对家兔失血性休克及感染性休克具有保护作用,可能是通过改善微循环、抗脂质过氧化等达到抗休克目的。
Objective: To observe the protective effect of Xingnaojing emulsion on hemorrhagic shock and septic shock in rabbits. Methods: Rabbit hemorrhagic shock model was made by femoral artery blood transfusion, and septic shock model was made by injecting E. coli endotoxin into the ear vein. Rabbits were randomly divided into 5 groups, 8 in each group. The rabbits were randomly divided into 3 groups: model control group, Xingnaojing emulsion (102.75, 51.4, 25.7 mg.kg-1) and positive control Liquid, 51.4 mg.kg-1) to observe the anti-shock effect of Xingnaojing emulsion. Results: Xingjingjing emulsion could significantly increase blood pressure, reduce the formation of malondialdehyde (MDA) in plasma, increase the activity of superoxide dismutase (SOD), increase the heart rate in hemorrhagic shock rabbits and prolong septic shock Rabbit survival time, reduce its mortality and nitric oxide (NO) levels. Conclusion: Xingjingjing emulsion has protective effect on hemorrhagic shock and septic shock in rabbits, which may be anti-shock by improving microcirculation and anti-lipid peroxidation.
