鸿安大厦是商住两用楼,员工有近900人,他们的岗位包括行政、编辑、发行、设计、销售等,人员构成挺复杂,流动性也很大。因此,开展工资协商的难度是很大的。针对不同行业、不同岗位,楼宇联合工会采取了先归类、后协商的办法。协商前,工会就先对各企业的经营范围、岗位、人员构成、工资的上下线等进行了摸底调查,尽可能对每家企业的基本情况熟悉。在此基础上,再细化分类就简单多了。协商由联合工会工会主席、大厦企业职工方代表,与企业用工方代表
