目的建立反相高效液相色谱法测定川续断药材中大花双参苷A的含量。方法采用Phenomenex RP-C18色谱柱(4.6 mm×250 mm,5μm),流动相:A相:甲醇;B相:水,梯度洗脱;流速1.0 ml·min-1,柱温为30℃,检测波长230 nm。结果大花双参苷A在线性范围0.21~1.26 g内线性关系良好;平均回收率(n=6)为99.48%。结论该方法为川续断药材的质量控制提供实验依据,该方法具有简便、快速、准确、重现性好的特点。
OBJECTIVE To establish a reversed-phase high performance liquid chromatography (HPLC) method for the determination of daidzein A in Radix et Rhizoma. Methods The chromatographic column (4.6 mm × 250 mm, 5 μm) was used on a Phenomenex RP-C18 column. The mobile phase consisted of A phase: methanol, B phase: water and gradient elution. The flow rate was 1.0 ml · min- Wavelength 230 nm. The results showed that there was a good linear relationship in the linear range of 0.21-1.26 g. The average recovery (n = 6) was 99.48%. Conclusion This method provides an experimental basis for the quality control of Radix Chuanxiong. The method is simple, rapid, accurate and reproducible.
