1 引言 在冲压加工中经常会碰到如图1所示的相交件。大直径圆筒1(外圆半径R)与小直径圆筒2(外圆半径r)相切,且2r≤R。显然,在制造过程中,必须在件1上冲一异形孔,该异形孔的正投影是需要求得的。实际工作中,有的采用作点法,但不准确;有的采用计算法,但很繁杂。本文将采用投影与计算推导出一通用公式,便于实际应用,提高工作效率;同时,也介绍一下冲异形孔的典型模具。
1 Introduction In the stamping process often encounter the intersection shown in Figure 1. The large diameter cylinder 1 (outer radius R) is tangent to the small diameter cylinder 2 (outer radius r), and 2r≤R. Obviously, during the manufacturing process, it is necessary to punch a profiled hole in the piece 1, the orthographic projection of which is required. In actual work, some are used as a point method, but not accurate; some are calculated but very complicated. This article will use projection and calculation to derive a common formula, to facilitate practical application, improve work efficiency; the same time, also introduce a typical hole punching mold.
