目的研究沙枣水提物抗炎、镇痛、解热及抗菌作用。方法采用小鼠二甲苯致耳肿、角叉菜胶致足跖肿胀、乙酸致腹腔毛细管炎性渗出,实验观察抗炎作用;用小鼠扭体实验观察镇痛作用;用2,4-二硝基苯酚及干酵母片致大鼠发热实验观察解热作用,用正常小鼠肠道水分吸收实验观察对肠道水分吸收功能的影响;用常见肠道菌的抗菌实验观察抗菌作用。结果沙枣水提物能抑制二甲苯引起的耳肿胀(P<0.05)、角叉菜胶致小鼠足跖肿(P<0.05)和乙酸致腹腔毛细管炎性渗出(P<0.05);能减少乙酸诱发小鼠扭体反应次数(P<0.05);高剂量对干酵母致大鼠发热有退热作用;对痢疾杆菌的MIC为23.75 g.L-1,MBC为47.5 g.L-1。其对小鼠肠道水分吸收功能没有影响。结论沙枣水提物具有抗炎、镇痛、解热及抗福氏痢疾杆菌的作用。
Objective To study the anti-inflammatory, analgesic, antipyretic and antibacterial effects of jujube water extract. Methods Mouse xylene-induced ear swelling, carrageenan induced paw edema, acetic acid-induced peritoneal capillary inflammatory exudation, the experimental anti-inflammatory effect observed; writhing experiments with mice analgesic effect; with 2,4- Dinitrophenol and dry yeast tablets induced fever in rats was observed antipyretic effect, with the normal mouse intestinal moisture absorption experiment to observe the intestinal absorption of water; antimicrobial experiment with common intestinal bacteria observed antibacterial effect. Results The jujube extract could inhibit the ear swelling induced by xylene (P <0.05), the plantar swelling caused by carrageenan (P <0.05) and the inflammatory exudation induced by acetic acid in peritoneal cavity (P <0.05). (P <0.05); the high dose of antipyretic effect on the fever caused by dry yeast; the MIC for Shigella dysenteriae was 23.75 gL-1, the MBC was 47.5 gL-1. It has no effect on mouse intestinal moisture uptake. Conclusion Water extract of jujube has anti-inflammatory, analgesic, anti-fever and anti-Shigella flexneri bacilli role.
