一、中国茶叶股份有限公司成立 由中国土产畜产进出口总公司对其全资子公司中国茶叶进出口公司进行整体改制,并联合其他4家单位共同发起组建的中国茶叶股份有限公司于近日成立。 中国是最早发现和利用茶叶的国家,茶叶一直是我国传统、大宗出口商品。然而长期以来我国茶叶经营分散、管理体制不顺、缺乏知名品牌,行业没有龙头企业,严重制约了中国茶叶经济的发展。作为我国经营茶叶的最大企业,中国土产畜产进出口总公司1998年提出了实施“大茶业”战略的目标,即对茶叶产业进行战略重组,形成茶叶行业的龙头企业;综合开发利用茶叶资源,形成茶叶产业链,实现茶叶产业化规模经营;拓展国内外两个茶叶市场,创世界名牌,实行品牌经营;实现茶叶科研、文化、信息和茶叶经济的一体化,相互促进、共同发展。 中国茶叶进出口公司的前身——中国茶业公司于1949年11月23日成立,是新中国成立后的第一家专业公司。半个多世纪以来,公司累计出口茶叶近500万吨,创汇85亿美元,贸易网络遍布全球五大洲。中国茶叶股份有限公司汇集了中国土产畜产进出口公司经营茶叶的优质资产和品牌资源,集产、供、销、科研于一体,是目前全国最大的经营茶叶的企业,年茶叶出口量居全国第一,
1. The establishment of China Tea Co., Ltd.
