作者对新生大鼠睾丸组织冷冻保存方法及保存后的睾丸组织移植进行了研究。结果表明,用二甲基亚砜作低温保护剂,4℃渗透平衡30~45min以0.4℃/min的速率降温贮存于-80℃低温冰箱,冻存1个月和冻存3个月的睾丸组织快速复温后在体外组织培养条件下,具有良好的合成和释放睾酮的能力。将冻存1个月和3个月的睾丸组织移植到去势成龄雄性大鼠体内,移植物具有生长发育和分泌睾酮的机能。该实验结果为人类胎儿睾丸组织的冷冻保存及组织移植提供了实验基础。文章尚对二甲基亚砜对睾丸组织的损伤效应作了讨论。
