自从士官教育由学历教育转变为任职教育以来,文化基础课的改革一直没有停止。作为士官教育院校的执教者,一直在积极探索一种立足任职教育的、适合学员现状的文化基础课教学。士官教育改革中,文化基础课的改革由一个极端走向另一个极端,本文试从改革的实践中总结经验和教训,提出一种改革的新取向。
Since the education of non-commissioned officers changed from academic education to post-employment education, the reform of basic cultural courses has not stopped. As a co-educational officer of a noncommissioned education institution, it has been actively exploring a kind of teaching based on vocational education which is suitable for the current situation of students. In the reform of non-commissioned officers education, the reform of the basic cultural curriculum from one extreme to the other extremes. This paper tries to summarize experience and lessons from the practice of reform and put forward a new orientation of reform.
