目的:探讨人性化管理在药学服务中的价值和应用方法。方法:通过分析患者对药学服务的满意度及临床医生护士对药学服务的相关评价,提高人性化管理的水平和工作效率。结果:通过本科2010年4月至2011年5月开展的人性化管理工作,显著提高了患者对本科药学服务的满意度,增强了药学服务工作的临床效果。结论:将人性化管理应用于药学服务工作中,可调动药学工作人员的积极性和为病人服务的主动性,提升患者的满意度,加强临床安全用药、合理用药的效果。
Objective: To explore the value and application of humanized management in pharmacy services. Methods: To improve the level of humanized management and work efficiency by analyzing the patients’ satisfaction with pharmacy services and the related evaluation of the pharmacy service by the clinician nurses. Results: Through the humanized management from April 2010 to May 2011, the degree of satisfaction of patients with undergraduate pharmacy service was significantly improved and the clinical effect of pharmacy service was enhanced. Conclusion: The application of humanized management in pharmacy services can mobilize the enthusiasm of pharmacy staff and the initiative of patient service, enhance patient satisfaction, and enhance the effect of clinical safe medication and rational drug use.
