镁合金的阻尼性能很好,但强度低。位错阻尼机制是镁合金的主要阻尼机制。通过合金化强化、形变强化、热处理强化等强化方法可提高镁合金的强度,但对镁合金的阻尼性能有不同程度的影响。概述了Mg-Zr、Mg-Li,Mg-Al,Mg-Zn和Mg-RE系等镁合金的力学性能及阻尼特性,指出了合金化结合先进制备技术是高强度高阻尼镁合金的研究方向。
Magnesium alloy damping performance is good, but low strength. Dislocation damping mechanism is the main damping mechanism of magnesium alloy. The strength of the magnesium alloy can be increased by alloying methods such as alloying, deformation strengthening and heat treatment strengthening, but the damping properties of the magnesium alloy are affected to different degrees. The mechanical properties and damping properties of magnesium alloys such as Mg-Zr, Mg-Li, Mg-Al, Mg-Zn and Mg-RE systems are summarized. It is pointed out that the alloying and advanced preparation technology is the research direction of high strength and high damping magnesium alloy .
