知人是一种水平,善任是一种胸怀,知人善任是组工干部的核心能力。古人云,“试玉要烧三日满,辨材须待七年期”。察人识人历来不容易,对干部的认识不能停留在感觉和印象上,必须健全机制和办法,多渠道、多层次、多侧面深入了解。笔者认为,组工干部要提升知人善任能力,关键是要在干部日常管理监督中念好“望、闻、问、切”四字诀,全面、客观、辩证地掌握干部一贯表现、思想动态和工作情况,实现全面识人、精准选
Knowing people is a kind of level, good office is a kind of mind, knowing that being good at work is the core competence of the group cadres. The ancients cloud, “Try jade to burn three days full, material to be seven years ”. Tracing people to know people has always been difficult. The understanding of cadres can not stay in the feeling and impression. We must improve the mechanisms and methods, and understand them in multiple channels, at multiple levels and across multiple fronts. The author believes that the key to improving the people’s ability to be a good helper by a group of cadres is to read the four-word tactics of “looking, smelling, asking, and cutting” in the daily management and supervision of cadres, to grasp the cadres’ consistent performance in a comprehensive, objective and dialectic manner, Ideological trends and work conditions, to achieve a comprehensive knowledge, precise selection
