中等职业学校学生英语基础、学习习惯、学习方法等方面差异较大,传统的教学模式已不能完全适应学生学习的需求。根据因材施教原则,在英语课中实施分层次目标教学,可以调动学生参与课堂教学的积极性,强化课堂教学效果。本文通过对英语课分层次目标教学的背景、意义、原则、实施过程、实施效果五个方面的研究,提出了英语课实施分层次目标教学的一般程序,为中职英语课堂教学改革提供了依据和参考。
