目的研究小叶杜鹃Rhododendron lapponicum花的化学成分。方法采用硅胶柱色谱、反相高效液相色谱、葡聚糖凝胶色谱等方法进行分离纯化,根据理化性质和波谱技术手段鉴定化合物的结构。结果从小叶杜鹃花甲醇提取物中分离得到了13个化合物,分别鉴定为1,1,4a,6-四甲基-2,8-二羟基-2,3,4,4a,9,9a-1H-六氢二苯并吡喃-5-甲酸甲酯(1)、伞形花内酯(2)、莨菪亭(3)、4′,5,7-三羟基黄烷酮(4)、8-去甲杜鹃素(5)、杜鹃素(6)、槲皮素(7)、芦丁(8)、松树脂醇二甲醚A(9)、对羟基苯甲酸(10)、3,5-二羟基甲苯(11)、齐墩果烷(12)和曲酸(13)。结论化合物1为1个新化合物,为六氢二苯并吡喃类化合物,命名为小叶杜鹃素I;化合物9、11和13为首次从杜鹃属植物中分离得到。
Aim To study the chemical constituents of flowers Rhododendron lapponicum. Methods The compounds were separated and purified by silica gel column chromatography, reversed-phase high performance liquid chromatography and Sephadex G-30 chromatography. The structures of the compounds were identified by physicochemical properties and spectroscopic techniques. Results Thirteen compounds were isolated from the methanolic extract of Rhododendron cuspidatum and identified as 1,1,4a, 6-tetramethyl-2,8-dihydroxy-2,3,4,4a, 9,9a- 1H-hexahydrodibenzopyran-5-carboxylate (1), umbelliferone (2), scopoletin (3), 4 ’, 5,7-trihydroxyflavanone (4), (5), farrerol (6), quercetin (7), rutin (8), dimethicone A (9), p-hydroxybenzoic acid (10) 5-dihydroxytoluene (11), oleanane (12) and kojic acid (13). Conclusions Compound 1 is a new compound, which is a hexahydrodibenzopyran compound, named lobotardin I. Compounds 9, 11 and 13 were isolated from rhododendron for the first time.
