多项目多资源均衡是项目调度是强NP问题,因此不存在多项式的解法,首先分析国内某中型软件企业人力资源的利用现状,据此借用人力资源均衡使用数学模型,接着利用多项目多资源均衡的启发式算法,结合软件开发企业人力资源利用的实际情况,对其人力资源在项目计划进行验证,实践证明,所采用的数学模型和启发式算法是可行的。
