为了加强质量成本管理,我厂在企管办、财务科和有关车间、部门的共同协作下,成立了质量成本管理QC小组。小组成员按边学习、边工作的精神,接受40小时以上的QC教育,掌握有关的专业知识,每月活动一至二次。QC小组抓住主要矛盾开展工作。如我们分析,1989年3月至5月质量成本总额为32.93万元,其中内部故障成本为26.69万元,占71.54%。因此,努力减少内部故障成本是我们的工作重点。
In order to strengthen quality cost management, our factory established a QC team for quality cost management under the joint cooperation of the Enterprise Management Office, the Finance Division, and related workshops and departments. The team members receive more than 40 hours of QC education according to the spirit of studying and working. They have the relevant professional knowledge and the monthly activities are one or two times. The QC team works on the main contradiction. As we analyzed, the total cost of quality was 329,300 yuan from March to May 1989, of which the internal failure cost was 266,900 yuan, accounting for 71.54%. Therefore, efforts to reduce the cost of internal failures are our priorities.
