沈阳无线电二厂生产的CJSK—1型车床简易数控机,采用码盘反馈的绝对坐标系,半闭环控制系统,二进制数字控制,所有的指令和加工长度采用鼓轮程序输入器进行输入和贮存。由于仅仅是加工长度进行数字控制,因此使得整机的弱电部分相对地简单。但由于元件的质量较差,性能不够稳定,加之一些焊点虚焊、漏焊,甚至错焊,有些插头插座之间的接触不良等毛病,给调试带来一定困难。现就该机的逻辑顺序分四个部分来分析各种常见故障,并提出解决的办法。
CJSK-1 lathe CNC machine manufactured by Shenyang No.2 Radio Plant adopts absolute coordinate system of encoder feedback, semi-closed loop control system and binary digital control.
