虎山金矿,矿石类型系石英脉含金氧化矿.选金流程“混汞十重选(摇床)”,金的回收率仅为20%.回收率低的原因,除了磨矿细度(-200目35%)达不到要求之外,其主要原因是工艺流程与矿石性质不相适应,需要进行改造.为了给流程改造提供依据,丹东市黄金公司对虎山含金氧化矿石进行了选矿流程试验.试验流程包括:“混汞+重选”、“混汞+浮选”、“单-浮选”、“全泥氰化”等四种,其中以“全泥氰化”效果最为显著.在搅拌时间16时,NaCN用量0.5kg/T条件下,磨矿细度-200目,金的浸出率达99.5%.试验结果表明,该种矿石适宜采用“全泥氰化”法.
