钨及三氧化钨中镁的测定,已有分光光度法、光谱法和原子吸收法。测定镉却只有极谱法和光谱法。原子吸收法采用氢氟酸及硝酸溶样,其他方法又均需预分离富集,操作都较冗长繁琐。本文研究了基体对选择仪器条件的影响。选择了最佳仪器条件,建立了简便、快速同时测定镁和镉的方法,准确度和精确度均合要求。试验部分 (一)仪器及测定条件原子吸收分光光度计:WYX-401。分析线:镁2852埃,镉2288埃;灯电流:2毫安;空气流量5.0升/分;乙炔流量1.0升/
