运用相似原理及量纲分析法推导出公路桥梁车桥耦合振动缩尺模型相似比关系。以3×30m先简支后连续T梁桥、东风EQ3166三轴自卸汽车为原型,计算车辆与桥梁缩尺模型的相似比尺。对按相似比尺制作的试验模型特性进行实测,得出试验模型的轴重、静力挠度、应变、基频等实测值,并与运用虚功原理及Ansys有限元软件分析得出理论值进行对比分析,校验试验模型的设计、制作及安装的有效性。试验测试结果及理论分析表明:试验中模型试验小车及模型桥制作符合试验要求,可以用来研究测试车桥耦合模型试验的振动响应。
The principle of similar principle and dimension analysis are used to deduce the similarity ratio of axle-axle coupling vibration scale model. A 3 × 30m first simply supported continuous T girder bridge and a Dongfeng EQ3166 tri-axial dump truck were taken as the prototype to calculate the similar scale of vehicle-bridge scale model. The characteristics of the test model made by the similar scale were measured to obtain the measured values of axle load, static deflection, strain and fundamental frequency of the test model, and the theoretical values were obtained by using the virtual work principle and the Ansys finite element software Compare and verify the effectiveness of the design, fabrication and installation of the test model. The test results and theoretical analysis show that the model test car and the model car can meet the requirements of the test and can be used to study the vibration response of the test car-axle coupled model test.
