为准确测定ABS玩具中苯乙烯含量,对比分析了溶解-沉淀、顶空和超声3种提取技术对苯乙烯的提取效果。溶解-沉淀法及顶空法得到较高的相对提取效率,通过对同一样品进行多次提取和加标回收实验,证明两种方法具有较高的绝对提取效率,有效避免了样品中苯乙烯的实际含量被低估。溶解-沉淀法定量限10 mg/kg,线性范围10~2000 mg/kg,回收率96.2%~102.3%(RSD≤6.1%)。顶空法定量限0.4 mg/kg,线性范围0.4~1000 mg/kg,回收率91.0%~95.8%(RSD≤5.0%)。结果表明此两种方法适用于ABS玩具中苯乙烯含量的测定。
In order to determine the content of styrene in ABS toy accurately, the extraction effect of three kinds of extraction technologies, ie, dissolving-settling, headspace and ultrasonic, on styrene was analyzed.
