恶性胶质瘤是一种常见的原发性神经肿瘤,目前尚无有效的治疗方法,且预后差复发率高,严重威胁着人类的健康。近年来,越来越多证据发现胶质瘤组织存在类似神经干细胞特性的细胞,并由此提出了胶质瘤干细胞理论,使胶质瘤研究进入了新的阶段。通过对胶质瘤干细胞的深入研究,人们对此类肿瘤有了更全面的认识,这也给疾病的治愈带来了希望。着重从胶质瘤干细胞的特异性生物学标记物、生物学特征、细胞起源等方面进行综述。
Malignant glioma is a common primary neuro-tumor, there is no effective treatment, and the prognosis of poor recurrence rate, a serious threat to human health. In recent years, more and more evidences have found that glioma cells have similar characteristics of neural stem cells, and thus put forward the theory of glioma stem cells, glioma research has entered a new phase. Through in-depth study of glioma stem cells, people have a more comprehensive understanding of these tumors, which also brings hope for the cure of the disease. This review focuses on the specific biological markers of glioma stem cells, biological characteristics, cell origin and so on.
