目的:探讨CDFI在儿童过敏性紫癜至下肢静脉瓣膜功能不全中的应用,以提高临床认识。方法:对经临床诊断过敏性紫癜引发下肢静脉瓣膜功能不全5例患儿图像资料给以回顾、归纳总结。结果:5例患儿下肢深静脉表现血液流速稍减慢,CDFI呈节阶段性红蓝相间血流,频谱多普勒呈节段性基线上下血流频谱。结论:CDFI为儿童急性过敏性紫癜致急性双下肢静脉瓣膜功能不全,提供了早期、无创和具有高敏感性、特异性的检查方法,对临床的诊治有重要价值。
Objective: To investigate the application of CDFI in children with Henoch-Schonlein Purpura to lower extremity venous valve insufficiency in order to improve clinical knowledge. Methods: The clinical data of 5 cases of venous valve insufficiency caused by allergic purpura in clinic were reviewed and summarized. Results: 5 cases of children with deep venous blood flow showed a slight slowed down, CDFI was section of the red and blue blood flow, spectrum Doppler was segmental baseline up and down blood flow spectrum. CONCLUSION: CDFI is an acute acute allergic purpura in children with acute lower extremity venous valve insufficiency, providing an early, noninvasive and highly sensitive and specific examination method, which is of great value to clinical diagnosis and treatment.
