女性盆底是由多组肌肉、韧带、神经及结缔组织组成的多层次解剖结构,其功能性疾病又相当普遍,尤其是中老年及已婚女性发病率较高。随着对盆底区解剖学研究的不断深入,人们逐渐认识到盆腔及盆底某一组织或器官并不是孤立的发病,而是多组织多器官相互影响并紧密联系的整体,这些结构支持着盆腔器官的解剖位置及功能,一旦受损,则会引起盆腔器官的移位及盆底功能障碍性疾病,可出现尿失禁、子宫脱垂、直肠脱垂、性欲降低〔1〕等症状。
