近年来老年大学办学规模逐年扩大、学员数量屡创新高。与此同时出现了专业、课程设置不合理、教学过程不规范,教学质量难保证等问题。本文探讨了这些现象的原因,明确提出老年教育也要坚持教学质量,并从科学合理设置专业链课程群、调整课程结构、建立必要考核评价和教学监控体系、建立稳定高素质的教师队伍等方面提出提高老年教育教学质量的对策。
In recent years, the scale of running a university has been expanding year by year, with the number of students reaching new highs.
