目的了解镍铬合金烤瓷冠经四种处理后在人工唾液中析出的镍、铬离子的量。方法 1.选择80颗镍铬合金烤瓷冠,20颗为一次铸造镍铬合金烤瓷冠,20颗为再次铸造镍铬合金烤瓷冠,20颗为铸造后外加打磨抛光的镍铬合金烤瓷冠,20颗为铸造后打磨未抛光镍铬合金烤瓷冠。分别侵泡在人工唾液中,样本分别在一、二、三、和四周后取出并测定各自所含铬离子、镍离子量。2.依据Schiff的方法配置人工唾液,并调节人工唾液的p H值为6.18。结果 1)一次铸造镍铬合金烤瓷冠在每个时间段内镍、铬离子析出量与再次铸造镍铬合金烤瓷冠相比差异显著。2)每个时间段内,镍、铬离子析出量在打磨后未抛光镍铬合金烤瓷冠和打磨后抛光镍铬合金烤瓷冠间存在显著差异,结果有统计学意义。3)四种条件下的镍铬合金烤瓷冠镍铬合金析出量为递增趋势。结论镍铬合金烤瓷冠镍、铬离子析出量受打磨后是否抛光及铸造影响。
Objective To understand the amount of nickel and chromium ions precipitated in artificial saliva by four kinds of Ni-Cr alloy porcelain crowns. Methods 1. 80 Ni-Cr alloy porcelain crowns were selected, 20 were cast nickel-chromium alloy porcelain crowns once, 20 were re-cast Ni-Cr alloy porcelain crowns, and 20 were cast with polished and polished Ni-Cr alloy Porcelain crown, 20 pieces of polished non-polished Ni-Cr alloy porcelain crown after casting. The results were statistically significant. 3) Ni-Cr alloy under the four conditions of crown Ni-Cr alloy precipitation is increasing.
