目的研究下颌骨处于正常牙尖交错位时,替牙期正常儿童颅面骨三维空间的相对位置关系。方法选择33名正常范围的替牙期志愿者,在正常牙尖交错位状态下行螺旋CT扫描,三维影像重建。在AW4.2工作站上对重建的颅面骨影像进行三维测量,将测量的线距、角度、比值等数据进行统计学分析。结果在统计学分析中,可以由计算机自动计算任意例数组的平均数、标准差、标准误、中位数、变异系数和任意两组数据的比值。颅面骨CT三维测量较为客观和精确地反映出在正常牙尖交错位时替牙期颅面骨三维空间的相对位置关系。结论螺旋CT三维测量精确性高,提供信息多,测量值的标准差远小于其均值。本研究提供替牙期正常儿童颅面骨三维测量的正常数据,为颅面骨畸形的儿童患者提供早期诊断、早期治疗的量化分析依据。
Objective To study the relative position of the three-dimensional craniofacial bone in children with normal dentition during orthodontics with mandibular orthodontic cusps. Methods Totally 33 volunteers with normal period were selected for spiral CT scan and three-dimensional reconstruction in normal cusp position. The reconstructed craniofacial images were measured three-dimensionally on AW4.2 workstation, and the measured data of line distance, angle and ratio were statistically analyzed. Results In the statistical analysis, the average of any number of cases, standard deviation, standard error, median, coefficient of variation and the ratio of any two sets of data can be automatically calculated by the computer. The three-dimensional measurement of craniofacial CT objectively and accurately reflects the relative position of the three-dimensional space of the craniofacial complex during the period of normal cusp position. Conclusion Three-dimensional (3D) spiral CT has high accuracy and provides more information. The standard deviation of the measured values is far less than the mean value. This study provides normal data of three-dimensional craniofacial measurement in children with normal periodontal, and provides the basis for quantitative analysis for early diagnosis and early treatment of children with craniofacial deformity.
