目的 探讨慢性非细菌性前列腺炎的可能病因。 方法 应用PCR方法检测 2 4例慢性非细菌性前列腺炎患者和 10例正常人前列腺液中革兰阴性菌 16SrRNA基因。同时对 10例实验组患者行尿道分泌物PCR检查。 结果 2 4例慢性非细菌性前列腺炎患者前列腺液中革兰阴性菌16SrRNA基因阳性 13例 ,阳性率 5 4 % ;10例正常人中阳性 1例 ,阳性率 10 % (P <0 .0 1)。 10例慢性非细菌性前列腺炎尿道分泌物PCR均阴性。 结论 慢性非细菌性前列腺炎患者前列腺液革兰阴性菌 16SrRNA基因阳性率显著高于正常人。革兰阴性菌 16SrRNA基因源于前列腺而非尿道。一些目前还不能常规成功培养的细菌可能为慢性非细菌性前列腺炎的发病原因之一。
Objective To explore the possible causes of chronic nonbacterial prostatitis. Methods PCR method was used to detect the 16SrRNA gene of Gram-negative bacteria in 24 non-bacterial prostatitis patients and 10 normal human prostatic fluid. At the same time, 10 cases of experimental group patients urethral discharge PCR test. Results The positive rate of 16SrRNA gene of Gram-negative bacteria in prostatic fluid of 24 patients with chronic nonbacterial prostatitis was 13% (positive rate was 54%). The positive rate was 10% (P <0.01) in 10 normal persons ). Ten cases of chronic non-bacterial prostatitis urethral secretions PCR were negative. Conclusion The positive rate of 16SrRNA gene of prostatic fluid gram-negative bacteria in patients with chronic non-bacterial prostatitis is significantly higher than that of normal people. Gram-negative bacteria 16SrRNA gene derived from the prostate rather than the urethra. Some bacteria that are not currently routinely cultivated may be one of the causes of chronic non-bacterial prostatitis.
