烟草是我国重要的经济作物之一,是地方和国家经济收入的重要来源。叶片是主要的收获器官,其质量好坏直接影响烤烟的品质和安全性。但是,烟草在生长过程中易受多种病虫害危害,有些病害严重影响烟叶品质。因此,研究各种病原菌的生物学特性、病害发生机制及抗性基因的遗传机制等,有利于抑制或减少烟草病害的发生,从而可以减少农药使用量,提高烟叶品质和安全性,同时对环境的保护也是有利的。
