通过单独添加Y、单独添加Ce以及复合添加Y+Ce的方法,研究了不同稀土元素添加量对热作模具钢疲劳性能的影响规律及作用机理。结果表明,单独添加0.03%Y后模具钢的抗软化能力较好;添加Ce后模具钢的抗软化能力高于未变质的模具钢,当Ce含量为0.03%时抗软化能力较好;复合添加Y+Ce的模具钢的抗软化能力高于单独添加Y或者单独添加Ce的模具钢,当复合添加0.01%Y+0.03%Ce时抗疲劳裂纹性能最好。
The effects of different rare earth additions on the fatigue properties of hot die steel were studied by adding Y alone, Ce alone and Y + Ce compounding. The results showed that the mold steel with 0.03% Y addition had better anti-softening ability. The anti-softening ability of the mold steel with addition of Ce was higher than that of the non-degenerated mold steel. The softening resistance was better when the content of Ce was 0.03% The softening resistance of Y + Ce die steel is higher than that of Y or Ce alone, and the best fatigue crack resistance is obtained when 0.01% Y + 0.03% Ce is added in combination.
