提出了“等色染料离子对萃取光度法”,该方法由于萃取液中等色染料离子对TBFBRB2和三元缔合物[Cu(CN)2]BRB两者的吸光作用,因而具有较高的灵敏度,ε=2.45×105L.mol-1.cm-1。铜含量在0~2.54μg/10ml范围内遵从比尔定律。对含铜10-8g/ml的水样进行测定,变异系数为3.6%。并且本方法用铜的特效试剂分离铜,选择性也好。
