通过棉花盆栽施肥试验,研究施肥对棉花营养器官养分含量的影响。结果表明,棉根全氮含量和全磷含量随生育期的推进而增加;棉茎全氮和全磷、棉叶全磷含量随生育期的推进而下降;棉叶全氮含量随生育期的推进呈现先增加后下降趋势;棉茎全磷含量在生育初期至中期下降较快,下降幅度达36.34%;而棉叶全氮含量在中期至后期的下降幅度达50%。棉叶全磷含量初期至中期以及中期至后期的降幅基本相等(40%~45%)。在施用90kg/hm2硫酸钾底肥基础上,施N 540kg/hm2、P2O5405kg/hm2处理、施N 720kg/hm2、施P2O5540kg/hm2处理、施N 1 080kg/hm2、施P2O5810kg/hm2处理棉花各营养器官氮磷含量相对较高,但差异不显著。
Through the cotton pot fertilization experiment, the effect of fertilization on nutrient content of cotton vegetative organs was studied. The results showed that the total nitrogen content and total phosphorus content of cotton roots increased with the growth period. The contents of total nitrogen and total phosphorus in cotton and the total phosphorus content in cotton decreased with the growth period. The total nitrogen content in cotton leaves showed the trend of growth period First increase and then decrease; the content of total phosphorus in cotton decreased rapidly in the early to middle stage of growth, decreasing by 36.34%; while the total nitrogen content in cotton decreased by 50% from the middle to the late stage. Total phosphorus content of cotton leaves from early to mid-term and mid-to-late decline substantially the same (40% to 45%). Based on the application of 90kg / hm2 potassium sulfate fertilizer, N 540kg / hm2 and P2O5405kg / hm2 treatments were applied, N 720kg / hm2, P2O5540kg / hm2 treatment, N 1080kg / hm2 and P2O5810kg / Nitrogen and phosphorus content is relatively high, but the difference was not significant.
