本文通过以课例研究为载体的小学数学教师发展共同体活动,研究归纳小学数学教研共同体的基本要素,开展研究活动的主要步骤。从理论与实践互动的教学研究历程,体现上海“小学数学教研共同体”的实践效果和教研模式改革的价值。
This article through the case study as the carrier of primary school mathematics teachers to develop community activities, study and summarize the basic elements of elementary mathematics teaching and research community to carry out the main steps of research activities.
