近年来,随着国际环境发生变化,恐怖主义活动呈现出许多新的特征,虽然在9·11事件以来国际社会在反恐合作中取得了很大的成果,但是依旧面临诸多难题,恐怖主义活动并没得到理想的治理,甚至个别地区出现恐怖主义活动加剧的状况。中国以积极的姿态参与国际反恐合作,在反恐方面已然形成了自己独到的思路与对策。
