为更好地总结交流各地开展农电优质服务工作经验,不断将优质服务工作引向深入,2005年9月10￣11日,农村电工杂志社受国家电网公司农电工作部的委托,在安徽省黄山市组织召开了“东科杯”深化农电优质服务研讨暨表彰会议。现将国家电网公司农电工作部尹正民副主任在“东科杯”深化农电优质服务研讨暨表彰会议上的书面讲话(摘要)予以发表。
