1临床资料患者,女,36岁.因头晕、全身疲乏无力3天就诊.既往体健,无任何慢性病、传染病、流行病等病史.查体:T36℃,P82次/分,R20次/分,BP100/70mmHg.神清,精神欠佳,咽部无充血

1临床资料患者,女,36岁.因头晕、全身疲乏无力3天就诊.既往体健,无任何慢性病、传染病、流行病等病史.查体:T36℃,P82次/分,R20次/分,BP100/70mmHg.神清,精神欠佳,咽部无充血,心、肺、腹等查体均无异常.化验血常规正常.诊断为头晕原因待查.患者要求输液,给予5%葡萄糖溶液250ml+参麦注射液20ml+黄芪注射液20ml静滴.约半分钟后,患者诉视物不清、胸闷、气促,全身瘙痒.BP70/50mmHg,全身无皮疹,心率45次/分,节律齐,各瓣膜听诊区未闻及杂音,余无异常.立即停止输液,
