“Bringing cattle to go cow’s nose.” This sentence from the field’s oldest and most popular folk proverbs, contains a profound philosophy. By applying it to leading the work, it has formed a leading art of grasping major contradictions, concentrating on central work, and grasping key links. Marxist dialectics holds that things are composed of many kinds of contradictions, and that there are two major and minor contradictions. The major contradictions are in the dominant position, which leads the development of things and regulates and affects the transformation of other contradictions. Once the main contradictions can be resolved, the secondary contradictions can be “solved.” Therefore, we must be good at seizing the major contradictions in our leadership work, that is, “let the nose run.” Zhou En
