目的探讨卵巢上皮性肿瘤的临床病理特征及血管内皮生长因子(VEGF)和增殖细胞核抗原(PCNA)表达的临床意义。方法2002年1月至2006年12月采用免疫组织化学S-P法,检测中国医科大学盛京医院妇产科47例卵巢上皮癌(卵巢癌),22例卵巢交界性肿瘤,27例卵巢良性肿瘤组织中VEGF及PCNA的表达。结果VEGF、PCNA在卵巢癌组织中的阳性率分别为89·36%、78·72%,均明显高于卵巢良性及交界性肿瘤(P<0·01)。在卵巢癌中,VEGF、PCNA的阳性表达在Ⅲ~Ⅳ期均明显高于Ⅰ~Ⅱ期(P<0·05),且两者表达随着卵巢癌分化程度的下降,表达逐渐升高。VEGF、PCNA的表达与卵巢肿瘤的组织学类型均无关(P>0·05)。相关分析显示,VEGF表达与PCNA表达密切相关。结论VEGF的表达与卵巢癌细胞增殖存在一定的相关性。PCNA在卵巢癌发生、发展过程中起重要作用。VEGF可能通过自分泌和旁分泌刺激两种途径影响卵巢癌的生物学行为。
Objective To investigate the clinical and pathological features of ovarian epithelial tumor and the clinical significance of the expression of vascular endothelial growth factor (VEGF) and proliferating cell nuclear antigen (PCNA). Methods From January 2002 to December 2006, immunohistochemical SP method was used in 47 cases of ovarian cancer (ovarian cancer), 22 cases of ovarian borderline tumor and 27 cases of ovarian benign tumor in Shengjing Hospital of China Medical University In the expression of VEGF and PCNA. Results The positive rates of VEGF and PCNA in ovarian cancer tissues were 89.36% and 78.72%, respectively, which were significantly higher than those in benign and borderline ovarian tumors (P <0.01). In ovarian cancer, the positive expressions of VEGF and PCNA were significantly higher in stage Ⅲ-Ⅳ than those in stage Ⅰ-Ⅱ (P <0.05), and the expression of VEGF and PCNA was gradually increased with the differentiation of ovarian cancer. The expression of VEGF and PCNA had no correlation with histological types of ovarian tumors (P> 0.05). Correlation analysis showed that VEGF expression was closely related to PCNA expression. Conclusion The expression of VEGF has some correlation with the proliferation of ovarian cancer cells. PCNA plays an important role in the occurrence and development of ovarian cancer. VEGF may affect the biological behavior of ovarian cancer by both autocrine and paracrine stimulation.
