以环己烷为溶剂,环烷酸钴-三异丁基铝-六甲基磷酸三酰胺(简称Co-Al-HMPT)为催化剂,于2L釜中对丁苯热塑性弹性体(SBS)的加氢进行了研究。该催化剂仅对SBS中的聚丁二烯嵌段有催化加氢效果。催化剂各组分在釜外混合配制,不经陈化即可使用。较佳的加氢条件为:Al/Co=6~9(摩尔比,下同)。HMPT/Co=6,C=C/Co=1000,SBS溶液浓度为5%(质量),3h,80℃,氢压为1.96MPa。在该条件下的加氢度大于94%,所得氢化SBS的物理机械性能与美国Shell公司的Kraton G 1600基本一致。
In cyclohexane as solvent, cobalt naphthenate - triisobutylaluminum - hexamethylphosphoric triamide (Co-Al-HMPT) as a catalyst in a 2L kettle for the addition of styrene butadiene thermoplastic elastomer (SBS) Hydrogen has been studied. This catalyst has a catalytic hydrogenation effect only on polybutadiene blocks in SBS. The components of the catalyst are mixed outside the autoclave to be used without aging. The preferred hydrogenation conditions are: Al / Co = 6 to 9 (molar ratio, the same applies hereinafter). HMPT / Co = 6, C = C / Co = 1000, SBS solution concentration of 5% by mass, 3h, 80 ℃, hydrogen pressure of 1.96MPa. The degree of hydrogenation at this condition is greater than 94%, and the physical and mechanical properties of the resulting hydrogenated SBS are essentially the same as those of the Kraton G 1600 from Shell.
