目的:研究犬急性心肌梗塞(AMI)时的左肾动脉(LRA)和左颈总动脉(LCCA)的血流动力学变化。方法:用二维超声心动图及多普勒血流图(DE)检测冠脉支结扎前后LRA、LCCA收缩期最大血流速度(Vmax)、时间速度积分(TVI)、心率(HR)、阻力指数(RI)和搏动指数(PI)等。结果:心肌梗塞后LRA、LCCA的RI、PI值显著升高(LCCAP<0.01;LRA,0.05>P>0.01),Vmax、TVI、HR参数值有变化但无统计学差异。且心梗后30和60分钟时的参数值接近。结论:AMI后LRA、LCCA的血流阻力增加,搏动指数升高。DE对检测这些血流动力学变化具有较高的价值
Objective: To study the hemodynamic changes of left renal artery (LRA) and left common carotid artery (LCCA) in dogs with acute myocardial infarction (AMI). Methods: The maximal systolic velocity (Vmax), time velocity integral (TVI), heart rate (HR) and resistance of LRA and LCCA before and after coronary artery ligation were measured by two-dimensional echocardiography and Doppler flowgraphy (DE) Index (RI) and pulsatility index (PI) and so on. Results: The RI and PI of LRA and LCCA after myocardial infarction were significantly increased (LCCAP <0.01; LRA, 0.05> P> 0.01), Vmax, TVI and HR had no significant difference . And 30 and 60 minutes after myocardial infarction parameters close to. Conclusion: After AMI, the blood flow resistance of LRA and LCCA increased and the pulsatility index increased. DE is of high value for detecting these hemodynamic changes
