采用CD31免疫组化染色检测48例乳腺浸润癌间质的微血管数及癌细胞CD44V6,EGFR的表达。结果发现存在于远处淋巴结或脏器转移及CD44V6,EGFR阳性表达的乳腺浸润癌的微血管数显著高于无转移者及CD44V6,EGFR阴性者。提示乳腺浸润癌的血管新生,同时伴有肿瘤转移相关基因的激活对其转移起促进作用
CD31 immunohistochemical staining was used to detect the number of microvessels and the expression of CD44V6 and EGFR in breast cancer infiltrating cancer. The results showed that the number of microvessels in breast infiltrating carcinoma with distant lymph node or organ metastasis and CD44V6, EGFR positive expression was significantly higher than those without metastasis and CD44V6, EGFR negative. Prompt angiogenesis in invasive breast cancer, accompanied by activation of tumor metastasis-related genes promotes its metastasis
