残疾学生是学生中的一个特殊群体,我国处于社会经济的转型期,生活节奏越来越快,人的压力越来越大,这些对残疾学生群体的影响更加明显。为改善残疾学生的身体和心理状况,减轻社会给他们带来的压力,应该对其进行保健知识的教育。本文对开展保健教育前后的残疾学生的生活状况和身心健康情况进行了比较调查研究。发现保健教育可以有效地提高残疾学生的身心健康水平,增强其融入社会的信心。对于解决我国的残疾人问题,促进社会稳定有着非常积极的现实意义。
Students with disabilities are a special group of students. Our country is in a period of socio-economic transformation. With faster and faster pace of life and greater pressure on people, the impact on disabled students is even more obvious. In order to improve the physical and psychological conditions of students with disabilities and reduce the pressure on them from society, we should educate them about health knowledge. This article conducts a comparative investigation of living conditions and physical and mental health of disabled students before and after carrying out health education. It is found that health education can effectively improve the physical and mental health of disabled students and enhance their confidence in social integration. It has very positive and practical significance for solving the problem of the disabled in our country and promoting social stability.
