目的:通过观察三拗汤及类方挥发油对哮喘豚鼠模型的影响,初步比较它们对哮喘的作用以及作用之间的联系。方法:采用卵蛋白(OVA)致敏复制哮喘豚鼠模型,灌胃给予三拗汤及类方挥发油,观察豚鼠的引喘潜伏期、行为学体征、嗜酸性粒细胞(EOS)、血清白细胞介素4(IL-4)、白细胞介素5(IL-5)、干扰素γ(IFN-γ)和肺组织病理学的变化。结果:三拗汤类方Ⅰ挥发油和三拗汤类方Ⅱ挥发油均可改善支气管肺泡灌洗液(BALF)中EOS百分率、血清IL-4、IL-5、IFN-γ含量和肺组织病理学评分。三拗汤类方Ⅲ挥发油可显著改善BALF中EOS百分率和肺组织病理学评分(P<0.01)。三拗汤挥发油可改善BALF中EOS百分率、血清IFN-γ和IL-4含量。结论:三拗汤类方Ⅰ挥发油和类方Ⅱ挥发油可以从多方面调节机体的免疫功能,调节细胞因子、改善并抑制支气管炎症、并且可能有直接抑制气管平滑肌痉挛的作用,从而达到其抑制哮喘症状的作用。三拗汤类方Ⅲ挥发油对于抑制呼吸道EOS的产生和聚集效果最为显著。

Conclusion: Sanqi Decoction Formula I volatile oil and similar formula II volatile oil can regulate the body’s immune function, regulate cytokines, improve and inhibit bronchial inflammation, and may have the effect of directly inhibiting the tracheal smooth muscle spasm. The role of symptoms. Sanhe Decoction III volatile oil is the most effective for inhibiting the production and aggregation of respiratory tract EOS.
