通过嵌入式单片机检测乳化液浓度,按照配比的目标浓度自动调节乳化液配比过程中乳化油的加入量,实现浓度配比的闭环反馈控制,提高乳化液配比的实时性和精度。在控制器检测到配比系统发生超行程调节的故障时,自动进行故障闭锁和报警,提高了系统的可靠性。另外,利用RS422总线将乳化液自动配比系统的工作过程和运行状态上传到监控主机,实现了系统的远程监测和数据记录,便于人工远程数据查询,增强了人-机交互性。对乳化液配比系统进行井下工业性试验应用,通过对系统的控制流程进行多次优化设计后,使系统满足实际使用要求。
The concentration of emulsified oil was detected by the embedded single chip microcomputer. The amount of emulsified oil was adjusted automatically according to the target concentration in the ratio to realize the closed-loop feedback control of the concentration ratio and to improve the real-time performance and accuracy of the emulsion. When the controller detects that the proportioning system has overtravel adjustment fault, it automatically locks up and alarms the fault and improves the system reliability. In addition, the RS422 bus is used to upload the working process and operation status of the automatic emulsion proportioning system to the monitoring host, realizing remote monitoring and data recording of the system, facilitating manual remote data query and enhancing man-machine interaction. The emulsion ratio system for downhole industrial test applications, through the system control process for many times to optimize the design, the system to meet the actual use requirements.
